The HHPNC purpose is to promote public participation in City governance and decision-making processes where that government is more responsive to local needs and requests so that more opportunities are created to build partnerships with government to address those local needs and requests. The HHPNC goals are to facilitate, communicate, interact, and give opportunities for collaboration among stakeholders regarding their common and disparate concerns. We will reach are goal by facilitating the delivery of City services and City government and respond to problems and requests for assistance by helping Highland Park residents to both identify and prioritize their needs and at the same time effectively communicate those needs. Join the HHPNC and help us foster a sense of community for all people to express their ideas and opinions about Highland Park.
